The Wondermat OUTDOOR 1-Year limited warranty for Foam Mats means that for one year from the date of purchase, if this product is used outdoors in accordance with our color selection guidelines, your mats will:

What will Wondermat do if any problem occurs?
If any of the listed should occur within the warranty period specified, Wondermat will replace the defective area with comparable Wondermat flooring of similar color, pattern, and quality, at our option.  For Wondermat Standard Foam mats, we provide replacement materials only.  We exclude any liability for installation costs or other damage.

What is not covered by this warranty?
1. Damage caused by household accidents (for example fire, flooding) or abuse (for example, footwear with cleats, spikes or sharp edges, vacuum cleaner beater bar, damage from casters wheels, dragging heavy or pointed objects across the floor, sharp pet claws, and dropping heavy or sharp objects.)

+ When vacuuming, we recommend using the wand attachment on your vacuum.  A beater brush will not harm the mat by itself, but if there is a paperclip or some other object stuck in the vacuum, damage may occur.

+ When moving heavy appliances or furniture, remove the mats from the floor first.

2. Fading or discoloration from the sunlight will occur at different rates with different colors. For maximum life we recommend protecting your Wondermat floor from direct exposure to sunlight for extended periods of time.  Wondermat, when used indoors, out of direct sunlight, will easily last the life of the product.

+ If you use Standard Series Tiles OUTDOORS, you should only use the following colors:  DARK BLUE, DARK GREEN, LIGHT BLUE, PURPLE and BLACK.  All other colors will fade too rapidly. Learn more about outdoor applications of Wondermat products in the  Design Center.

3. Minor color, shade or texture variations between samples or printed color photography and the actual material.  We make a lot of the samples from scrap material.  If you ask for a color sample, it could be 10, 12 or 14mm thick, even if the actual product you want is 20mm thick.  As for color variations,  we've been mixing the same colors for more than 9 years.  There can be minor variations between foaming batches, but we take a lot of pride in getting the chemistry right at the front end.  In other words, we make one shade of red.

Only tiles graded "premium", as identified by the 
Wondermat Logo being stamped on the back of the tile, are covered by this warranty.

What is excluded from this warranty?
This warranty applies only to floors installed for residential use.  Commercial installations of residential products are not covered.

Installation defects are not covered by this warranty.

Wondermat excludes and will not pay incidental or consequential damages under this warranty.  By this we mean any loss, expense, or damage other than to the flooring itself that may result from a defect in the flooring.  No implied warranties extend beyond the terms of this written warranty.

Please note:  Some States do not allow exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
