RETAIL RETURN POLICY:
We want you to be happy with your floor.  If you are not, you should contact your retailer or call us directly at 1-888-809-6633. We have a 90 DAY money back policy on new, unused and unopened mats.   

There is NO Restocking Fee. You may like the mat, but the colors or thickness are wrong or a hundred other reasons.  If you need to swap out some colors or change a mats thickness, all you pay for is the shipping.  Of course the tiles you return must be in new condition, which means no dirt, footprints, scuffs or scrapes.  If the mats have been used in any way they can not be returned, so make your final design adjustments as soon as you lay the mat down and look at it.

If we mess up and send you a defective tile, we replace it at no cost, including all the shipping (at normal ground rates).

We can not accept COD returns.  Please call us.

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

Custom Cut and Made-to-Order products are not returnable.

We do not accept other companies mats in exchange or for refund.

RETAIL GUARANTEE:
Our guarantee is that you are going to like your new floor or mat. If you don't like it after you set it up, put it back in its boxes and send it back.  We'll credit your account.  That's been our policy for years. Our return rate was less than 1/4 of 1% in 2003, which is pretty amazing, and a testament to the quality of our products.  

Wondermat will withstand normal daily use (kids at play, aerobics, exercise, heavy foot traffic and general romping around)  

Wondermat will withstand normal daily cleaning (Vacuum, mop or wipe), and may be cleaned with household chemicals like Formula401 or Windex if especially dirty.  We don't recommend using abrasive chemicals, but a soft brush and detergent is fine.

Wondermat is waterproof.  It's a closed cell foam that does not absorb water like a sponge.  It floats.  It can be used around all NON-CORROSIVE liquids.

All COATED mats should not be used outdoors or in wet areas!  See Warranty for details.
