All of these custom made mats were engineered with Martial Arts or Children's safety in mind. We present them here just to give you an idea of what is already possible with our existing technology. If you have any special requirements along these lines, please call and talk to a sales representative. For now, these products are sold on a Made-to-Order basis and are not stocked. We make them then ship them on our next container. |

10mm thick upper and lower surface foam at 40 Hardness
for overall stability and a 20mm thick core foam at 18 hardness to absorb
shock. For many years, we have been making mats similar to this for our Japanese market, and never brought them here because they are rather on the high-end of the scale. This is a state of the art mat, using the best chemistry, that was designed specifically for dealing with the hard landings involved in Jujitsu, or Judo to most of us. Now that we have formalized our Made-to-Order program for the U.S. market, we see no reason not to offer them here. |
