Our sleek new 2-Foot Sport Series tiles offer more impact absorption than our 5/8 inch thick Standard Series mats, plus they are two-sided, so you can flip your entire mat over at some point to expose the "new" bottom surface.  Available in a 1-inch thickness, these mats are embossed with our our new non-slip basket-weave texture on both sides.  Suitable for martial arts and any strenuous activity -- from Aerobics to Yoga.

These mats may be used anywhere indoors, and can be used outdoors in shaded or partly sunny areas on a solid subsurface.  Water will not harm them, but exposure to direct sunlight will cause certain colors to fade and shorten their useful life (See the outdoor installation guide for more details).  They are not rated for use under tall outdoor playground equipment such as swing sets, slides and wooden climbing structures.  With a maximum fall height rating of 3-Feet, they are suitable for low-height plastic play equipment and ground-level structures.
