In addition to the 2-Foot tiles that we currently stock here, we also make 12-Inch, 18-Inch and 36-Inch Designer Series tiles, and can vary foam thickness. Between all the tile sizes, there are in excess of 30 distinct size/thickness variations possible, with hundreds of print film possibilities available, including your own designs.
We can also create solid color print film, as in our Coated Series, to match any Pantone process color, and can even create custom print film with your 4-color artwork to put things like company or school logos on individual tiles.
After a year of field testing, we are switching the entire printed Designer Series line over to a 2-FOOT tile size and changing the thickness UP to our standard 5/8th inch so you can now use our standard and sloped border systems with these tiles and incorporate Standard Series tiles into your designs.
We have been quietly selling down our existing inventory of 1-Foot and 18-Inch tiles (Still available through our Made-To-Order program) and are getting ready to roll out an initial offering of 6 Designer Series patterns in the new 2-foot, 5/8th inch tiles.
With this mat, we take our fantastic printing technology and create foam mats that look like traditional flooring - But they're soft! The main feature with this product line is that you get a soft floor that doesn't look like a day care center and our exclusive semi-gloss finish on top of the mat that makes it the easiest to clean foam mat in existence.
We consider this to be a specialty mat, because the base foam is white to let us control the printed colors on top of the mat. What that means is that if the upper surface is scratched or worn off, the underlying white foam will show through the surface. Because of this, don't use this product in abrasive environments, unless you are prepared to replace worn tiles from time to time.
The Designer Series is doing very well in Japan, but they normally don't wear shoes in the house. Frankly, this mat is not doing too well in American homes. Not all homes; but in homes where kids and pets are hard on floors, this is not the product to use. It's not a good choice for wet or damp areas, or full sun exposure either.
Predictably, Trade Show and Exhibit customers are taking a liking to this this product. As with most of our trade show flooring solutions, even using the product 2 times can cut a customers rented carpet/pad show expenses in half, so durability is less of an issue than the booth's appearance and the employees comfort over a 2 or 3 day show.

Our 5/8th inch (14.5mm) thick Coated Series foam mats are DIFFERENT than any other foam mat on the market today. We've taken our Ez-Clean foam surface, bonded a plastic printed layer to it and then coated the final product with Poly Urethane. We make this line in 1 and 2 foot tile sizes with 6 standard colors. These mats are compatible with the Standard Series tiles, but they are limited to Indoor use, since the printed layer will not hold up in outdoor conditions. This product's primary advantages over our Standard Series mats is that the colors are vivid and shinny, and this is the easiest to clean foam mat surface being made today. This product can not be used outside and it can not be used in areas that are wet all the time, like outside the shower. Truthfully, the coated mats are more fragile than the Standard Series mats if you are walking around in hard shoes, but we are selling this line as fast as we can make it in Japan, where people don't wear shoes in the house. It's important that you bear these limitations in mind when selecting the type of mat that's right for your needs. Businesses are really going to like this product for trade shows and other events because the product is easy to clean and the colors are screaming at people to stop. Another great advantage for businesses is that, besides our 6 basic colors, we can print ANY Pantone color on the surface of a mat, which means that we can give your company or school colors exactly as they should be. Again, it won't hold up for years in a high traffic environment, but even if you get two trade shows out of it, it's still cheaper than renting carpet.
