All of these custom made mats were engineered with Martial Arts or Children's safety in mind. We present them here just to give you an idea of what is already possible with our existing technology. If you have any special requirements along these lines, please call and talk to a sales representative. For now, these products are sold on a Made-to-Order basis and are not stocked. We make them then ship them on our next container. About a 30 - 45 day process, so plan ahead. |

Three- Layer layered Mat: 40/18/40 Hardness This is an UNCOATED, Two-Sided mat with "net" embossed surfaces. The three layer sandwich design of this mat produces a firm upper surface with a layer of lower density foam in the middle to absorb more shock. The bottom layer is the same density as the upper layer and improves the mats overall stability, as well as providing additional cushioning. Call for details. |
